Staff in the hotel was HIGHLY COURTEOUS. Rooms with a balcony, the jacuzzi and a great view. It was incredible and everything was nice.

Luxurious rooms, perfectly fine hotel. Satisfactory breakfast, personalized service. Easy walk to the sandy beach. Property's shuttle service was a nice bonus too.

The breakfast was savoury with lots of options and the room was beautiful. I liked the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Beach hotel with outstanding staff. Could use their convenient parking.

Fine room, efficient location, cheerful staff. Hotel was impeccably clean. Pool was heated too. Furthermore, it was great to have free Wi-Fi. The whole experience was awesome!

We had 2 nights in Traverse City, spent our time here nicely. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Our rooms were very spacious with comfortable beds.
